Scope and Mission

PJIM&L, ISSN Online 2409-7462, is published by the Institute of Information Management, University of the Punjab, Lahore [Pakistan] as an open access and peer-reviewed recognized journal.

[Note: The journal was formerly known as Pakistan Journal of Library and Information Science; ISSN Print 1680-4465; Online 2309-9569].

Scope: PJIM&L is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to advancing research, practice, and innovation in the fields of information management, librarianship, knowledge organization, digital environments, and data-driven information services. The journal provides a platform for researchers, educators, practitioners, and policymakers to explore emerging trends, share empirical insights, and contribute to the development of theories and practices that shape the information landscape. The journal welcomes original research articles, reviews, case studies, conceptual papers, and scholarly perspectives.
